Late Shri Bhanu Prakash Agarwal was the Founder-Chairman & a pioneer of Suvidha Group. He played a pivotal role in building up the group. He was accomplished in distinct professional fields. His idea behind the formation of Suvidha Group was to render all financial services under one roof for making things convenient for the business owners.

He was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was a National Scholar for the year 1981 and was also awarded scholarship by the Government of India under National Talent Search Examination.

He was a corporate consultant for both – Direct and Indirect Tax including Excise, Service Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT).

An erudite commentator & a speaker in more than 350 seminars held all across the country on issues relating to Direct Tax, VAT and Service Tax. He conducted several one-day workshop on Service Tax, VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax for the corporate world. He arranged several independent workshops on VAT, Service Tax and FBT which was attended by all the leading corporates in Kolkata.
